由「尊贤会」主办,「周大福慈善基金」呈献的《耆舞派对 2016 》于 2016 年 4 月 10 日于九龙湾国际展贸中心展贸厅三举行。今年有 40 个来自不同社区长者中心或安老院舍的长者队伍,超过 1,000位长者大跳创新「快乐椅子舞」。今年大会增设了多个新奖项,并请来了香港特别行政区司长林郑月娥女士,尊贤会创办人张瑞霖先生、周大褔慈善基金理事纪文凤小姐、快乐椅子舞大使狄易达、谭淇淇、杜如科及多位嘉宾为《耆舞派对 2016 》主持开幕仪式。

 

独创快乐椅子舞 有效提升长者身心健康

《耆舞派对》是由「尊贤会」独创之快乐椅子舞活动,已连续第三年举办,通过社会企业模式,以快乐、运动及社交推动活力银龄 (Active Aging)。椅子舞是近代兴起的一种新式舞蹈,最早用在给明星排舞上。「尊贤会」将之演化,独家从英国引入,创立了快乐椅子舞。这是针对长者需要而设计的音乐运动,训练四肢协调、握力、平衡力和肌力,让长者安全地适量运动。快乐椅子舞由专业舞蹈教练,适合不同身体状况的长者(脑退化症患者、失去部分活动能力、体弱长者均适合)。「尊贤会」发现轻快的舞蹈寓运动于娱乐,能有效改善情绪,为长者带来健康和欢笑!研究更证实定期运动使长者跌倒比率下降 28%。

尊贤会创办人张瑞霖先生指出︰「边听音乐边做运动,可分析歌曲的节奏和拍子,并将节奏反射到运动中,提升运动效果,即配合音乐的运动不单纯是体能运动,还能锻炼大脑,刺激脑部的顶叶,改善对视觉空间的认知。日本三重大学便以年龄六十五岁以上、健康良好长者进行了为期一年的研究,发现长者边听音乐边做运动,可预防脑部退化,更有长者自觉记忆力显著提升。」

周大福慈善基金理事纪文凤小姐表示︰「我们十分荣幸能透过这项饶富意义的活动,在社区推广活力银龄的讯息。我们希望透过《耆舞派对 2016 》推动活力银龄,鼓励更多长者养成定期适量运动的习惯,提升长者身心健康与生活质素,为生活注入正能量。」

 

「耆舞派對 2016 大使」 狄易达显上自创舞曲 谭淇淇 杜如科 惊奇登场

青年歌手兼全能舞者狄易达获委任为耆舞派对 2016 快乐椅子舞大使。席间达仔(狄易达昵称)将亲自创作及编写快乐椅子舞,与逾千位长者一同大跳快乐椅子舞,向活力银龄的长者致敬。两位人气YouTuber「谭淇淇」、「杜如科」更是粉墨登场,以神奇化妆技巧精心打扮,与各位精灵耆英一同大跳椅子舞!

 

新设多个奖项 推动长者的积极参与

今年《耆舞派对 2016 》分为上午“活力组”及下午“欢乐组”,秉承「活跃社交、快乐老化」的精神,为长者提供展能平台,透过音乐、舞步和欢乐的气氛,让长者投入他们最熟悉的「快乐椅子舞」,从中获得欢乐、扩阔社交和改善身体健康,更让他们展现自信,把这份满足感和正能量与家人、朋友一同分享。为推动老友记的积极参与和自主,《耆舞派对 2016 》设多个奖项,包括《耆舞舞动大奖》、《最扮野造型奖》、《最声势浩大奖》、《最强大后盾奖》和《最动人时刻摄影大奖》。

Hong Kong’s wealth gap reaches ‘tipping point’ under Covid as unemployment rises among poor, Oxfam says

Record number of people gave to charity globally in 2021

A record number of people donated money to charities or assisted strangers in 2021 after three-year long reduction in 2018, according to the World Giving Index 2022.

At the other end of the spectrum, half of the countries or regions which declined the most in 2021 included Hong Kong, down by 13 percentage points.
